Start with the installation
Confirm whether the strip will be recessed, surface-mounted, suspended or used inside cabinetry. The profile shape, diffuser and mounting accessories should follow the installation method.
- Confirm profile width and strip width.
- Choose clear, frosted or opal diffuser.
- Confirm clips, end caps and connectors.
Match the strip to the profile
Use strip width and heat output to select the profile. Higher-output strips benefit from aluminium with more surface area for heat dissipation.
- Confirm 12V or 24V.
- Confirm LED density, CCT or colour.
- Confirm cut length and lead wires.
